Saudi Aviation Flight Academy
The SAC plans to expand the number and quality of activities it undertakes within its existing locations and to develop additional locations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Short Term Plans: (within a period of one year)
- Build and operate the first flight school in Saudi Arabia in Thumama Airport, north of Riyadh.
- Organise the activity of radio controlled airplanes.
- Expand skydiving, ultra light aircraft, and radio controlled aircraft throughout the Kingdom.
- Provide Services to aircraft owners at Thumama Airport.
Medium Term Plans: (1-5 years)
- Operate Rabigh Airport in coordination with the General Authority for Civil Aviation.
- Establish a flight school in the western province.
- Establish a flight school in the eastern province.
- Provide services to aircraft owners at the aforementioned planned flight schools.
Long Term Plans: (more than 5 years)
- Expand the flight schools into an aviation academy rendering four year college degrees.
- Establish air-taxi operations after obtaining required approvals.
